Rated 1 star because there's nothing lower that would not look like I forget to rate. My rating has nothing to do with Amazon. I received the item as expected. I was very disappointed with Adobe and how they handle their customers. I called to activate and was walked through a process. After several minutes, I encountered a screen stating that the product code -- the one on the package -- was invalid. When I read the message from the screen to the support rep, he proceeded to tell me that I now needed to contact some 3rd party to obtain a new product code. This of course made no sense since it was Adobe's product. I tried contacting the 3rd party and was unable to reach a live person, having to leave a message for a return call within 48 hours. Long story short, I returned the product for refund; I have no desire to enter into a business relationship with a company that operates in this manner. I was very shocked; expecting much more from Adobe.

Customer review : Awesome addition to the Adobe Line Up
First off the shipping was fast. i payed for 2 day and got it next day. not bad seeing how next day was double the cost of 2 day, and it shipped on a Sunday, so kudos points points to Amazon. Also i had 0 issues getting this registered or my student identification getting verified. Sucks for the previous reviewer having issues with his key, but those things can happen from time to time. The student verification took less then two minutes which was surprising. Just had to enter the key the disk came with my school, personal info and used my school email as verification. They verified me in seconds and emailed me the product key. All in all the process is quick and painless, this is however the physical version. the previous reviewer had the downloaded version.
